Crafty Charlie
will endeavour to ensure that your design is of the highest standard.
Please note
that we will try to match the colours as closely as possible to the artwork
that you provide. It is your responsibility to check the colours before
production.
All designs
are produced in good faith. Crafty Charlie will accept no liability for the
illegal production of copyright or registered designs. It is your
responsibility to check that you have permission from the copyright holder or
trademark owner.
Upon accepting
a quotation of setting up a digitised design, an invoice will be issued. Once
the invoice has been paid in full, a sample of the Logo will be sent.
The placement
of your order is your acceptance of the design/logo sample. Upon placement of
an order a 50% deposit will be required and the balance is due within 14 days
of completion.
We aim to
complete all orders within 10-14 Days but reserve the right to extend this if
necessary. We will inform you if this is to be the case.
All clothing,
etc. remain the property of Crafty Charlie until paid for in full.
Crafty Charlie
will keep your digitised design so that in the future you may ring for further
orders.
Delivery is
extra and you will be advised of this at the time of ordering. Alternatively,
you can make arrangements for collection.
